What you eat - or don't eat - has the most profound impact on your health and longevity.

Nutritional science, environmental science and lived experiences such as those from the Blue Zones continue to demonstrate that a whole food, mostly plant based diet results in reduced disease and a healthier, longer generally happier life. That's what I want you to find here.

 Over the last 100 years, our diets evolved from foods we need for function, to foods that are easy to mass produce, ship, store and sell. The result is ever-increasing obesity, metabolic dysfunction, chronic disease and illness. A whole food diet is a return to real food;  the foods we evolved on and are designed to eat. I developed my programs with these foods; nutrient packed, anti-inflammatory, gut healing whole foods, in line evidence based nutrition, to heal, restore and maintain your best health.



Whole foods are simplest, most practical and effective way to improve your health.They have nothing that harms your body, and everything you need for health and healing.


My programs are chemical free, preservative free and hormone-free. They are anti-inflammatory, low sugar, low histamine and low in unhealthy fats. They are high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory herbs and spices. You’ll learn what to eat, where to shop and how to cook with these functional foods. These are nutritionist-designed therapeutic health programs.
