Nutritionists are trained to understand the role of food and nutrients on health and disease. We assess symptoms against diet and health history and may use functional testing to identify imbalances and target support. Your nutrition plan will consist of diet and lifestyle strategies with supplemental support to balance, restore and promote health.

What to expect in your appointment/s.

Your first consultation is an in-depth look at symptoms and health history against diet & lifestyle profile. In some cases, testing may be required (eg. food allergies and intolerance, glucose tolerance testing, iron levels etc.). After your first consult you'll receive a plan with diet guide and some form of supplemental support to get you started.
A follow-up appointment is required 2-3 weeks later to assess implementation of the plan, improvements, challenges and to review any test results received. Most people require an additional 2 or 3 shorter appointments, mostly on a monthly basis after this. Many clients return every 6-12 months for maintenance or check ins.
